Member Portal and online directory

Our own member portal is a great resource to keep us all connected through access to a membership directory with current contact information. It also offers online registration for events and the ability to track your individual giving history.

No need for privacy concerns, because the directory is hosted by our church management software, Servant Keeper, and is up to date with current online security protection. The directory has a master password and users set their own passwords for their personal profiles. Members can also decide which information in the directory they want to be made available for public view.

GPC Family, this is just for you!


For the fastest photo posting, have a personal or family photo readily available in the photo library of your cell phone or computer. If you don’t have a photo, there will be opportunities to have your photo taken on your cell phone after church services. 

This part of the directory is available for public viewing by using the master password to login. If you do not have the master password, contact the church office. You must have a personal Member Portal account to add a photo and to add or edit your other personal information. 

To Access the
Online Directory: 

  1. Click on the “Login Here” button above and click on “Manage Family Info.” 
  2. Enter your email address and chosen password to login. 
  3. Select “Profiles” from the top left corner. 
  4. Scroll to find the “Picture” box and click the blue “Upload Picture” link. 
  5. Click “Select Image File” and choose “Photo Library.” 
  6. Select the photo you want to use from Photo Library and click “Done” in the top right corner. 
  7. Crop your photo as desired and click “Crop.” 
  8. Click “Save Picture.” Then scroll down to make sure that it saved successfully. Your photo is now visible in the Online Directory. 

To post a photo in the GPC Member Directory from your mobile device or computer, choose one of the following two options.

I Have Already Logged into My Personal Member Portal Account:

  1. Go directly to the family account page to login by clicking here.   
  2. If you login from the “Login Here” button above, enter the master password and click on “Manage My Family Info” to get to the family account page. If you do not have the password, contact the church office.
  3. To access your personal information to add a photo, you must click on the “Haven’t Registered Yet?” link in blue. 
  4. Fill out the “Family Email Address” line with the email that GPC has on file for your family and click “Get Email.” (Our system recognizes only one email address per family.) 
  5. You will receive an email with the subject line “Member Portal Registration” in the subject line. 
  6. Click the registration link in the email to create your family account and enter your own unique password. (Make sure to keep a record of it.) 
  7. Once logged in, follow steps “3 through 8” in Option 1 above. 

TROUBLESHOOTING: For security reasons, the database recognizes only one email address per family. If you don’t receive the registration email (check your Spam folder too), try entering your spouse’s email address. If you still cannot create an account, please email our Communications Manager at requesting assistance.
